Digital Copyright Law, EFF Report Highlights More Unintended Consequences | Technology News Daily: "'Rather than being used to stop 'piracy,' the DMCA has predominantly been used to threaten and sue legitimate consumers, scientists, publishers, and competitors,' said EFF senior staff attorney Fred von Lohmann.
